Please be patient with us while we work to get your order to you. While we wish we were “Amazon fast” and able to pack and ship your order immediately, at this time our apparel is made on demand. This means that the product is made especially for you as soon as you place your order.

Why do we do it this way rather than buy in bulk?

We are a small business and have decided that making products on demand instead of in bulk helps us allocate our capital and time to creating more awesome and meaningful designs.

Because of this it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. This means that the from the time you place your order and production starts to the shipping time to your door is approximately 14-21 days.

But no worries, great things come to those who wait! We believe you’ll absolutley love your apparel and if not, don’t worry, we guarantee it. 

*If you purchased a hat and a polo your items will arrive separately as they will be coming from two different manufacturors.

We believe you’ll absolutely love your apparel but for any reason you can let us know and we’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope you love your purchase we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as we had hoped. 

If for any reason that occurs, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date of the package to you (as indicated by the carrier’s tracking). Email us at howdy(@)feedbandit.com and we will take care of it.

Returned goods must be delivered back to us in their original condition, unworn and unused with the original packing slip and in the original or similar packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping label cost which may be deducted from your eventual return or exchange credit if we provide the return label for you. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. 

Returns or exchanges requested after 15 days of delivery date of the package to you as indicated by the carrier’s tracking will incur a 15% restocking fee.

We are unable to issue a refund until we have received and processed the item(s) in our office. Please allow us up to 2 full business days for your return to be processed once received. Returns sent without approval may be mailed back to you or charged a restocking fee of 25%. 

If you elect to exchange your item for a more expensive item, you will be charged for the extra cost. If you elect to exchange your item for a less expensive item, you will be issued store credit for the difference.
